- interfere with the site’s availability, including by denial-of-service attack or by automated traffic heavy enough to degrade it for others;

Our content and marks
The text, design, layout, images and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you beyond the permitted use above. The propcode name, the logo and the associated marks are ours; please do not use them without our written permission.
No warranty, and nothing here is an offer
The site is informational. We write it carefully, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or up to date, and we do not promise it will stay the same. Plans and product descriptions on this site are statements of intent, not commitments.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between us. In particular, nothing on this site grants you any right to use the propcode platform or any of our software, or sets any pricing, service level, warranty or support commitment. Those only ever come from a signed agreement.
Do not rely on the site as advice. If you need advice for a decision, ask us, or ask a professional.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything on it, including lost profit, lost business, lost revenue, lost data or loss of anticipated savings. We are also not liable for loss caused by a virus or other harmful material that reaches your systems through the site; keep your own protection in place.
Links to other sites
The site links out to third parties, including our scheduling page at Calendly. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. A link is not an endorsement. Once you follow one, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. See our cookies page for what that means in practice.
Privacy
Our privacy notice explains what personal data we handle and why. Our cookies page explains why this site does not need a cookie banner.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top is when it last changed. Changes take effect when posted, so please check back if you use the site regularly.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
